Data Controller: DİJİTAL GÜVENLİK ÇÖZÜMLERİ A.Ş. ("Fox DSS"), Istanbul, Türkiye. This notice fulfils our disclosure obligation under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Personal data processed

When you use the forms on this site we process your full name, company, email address, phone number and message content; if you request a report from the Security Maturity Check tool, we also process your assessment answers. Our web server keeps standard access logs containing IP addresses for security and debugging purposes.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to respond to your request and to run proposal and meeting processes, based on our legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2(f), and on your explicit consent where you have given it via the form. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Transfer and retention

Form data is stored on our servers hosted in Türkiye and relayed only to our corporate email infrastructure. It is deleted within a reasonable period after your request is resolved, at the latest after 2 years. Access logs are kept for at most 1 year.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing by writing to info@foxdss.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
